Support for Post Physical Therapy

Once you are well and released from Physical Therapy, here is a program that keeps you well. Our Wellness, Prevention, and Maintenance Program is designed just for that.

This program, unfortunately, cannot be billed through your insurance and must be paid for at time of service. We are unable to provide you with a Super Bill or codes for insurance purposes. According to the insurance carriers, this is not considered “medically necessary” so we cannot provide billing records, codes, chart notes, or invoices for the date of service.

We do, however, provide numerous affordable options to maintain your health on an on-going basis:

45 minutes: $135

30 minutes: $90

15 minutes: $45
