Discover how easy it can be to let go of incorrect posture. The Feldenkrais Method® helps the client to realize exactly how to use the body every day in every thing they do. Perhaps stomach muscles are not being used to support the trunk, allowing the head to tilt forward, causing neck pain. Perhaps standing is causing the hips to move out of alignment, resulting in lower back pain.

Whatever the problem, this method was developed to assist in discovering and shifting habitual habits. Movements can be fine-tuned in a slow, gentle and guided way.
